Thanks from McMaster Children’s Hospital Families

Together with our patients at Werkman Foot & Orthotic Clinic, we were able to raise approximately $200 for the Ronald McDonald Family Room located in McMaster Children’s Hospital. With these funds, we were able to purchase much needed supplies, fresh fruit and treats for the families to enjoy while visiting the room. The Family room volunteers were very enthusiastic to receive fresh fruit as it is always in high demand!

The Ronald McDonald Family room is a great place for parents and family members of sick children to recharge, either by grabbing a quick coffee and snack or providing a space to just relax on a couch. Click here to read more about the Ronald McDonald Family Room.
